Having recently migrated to Xero I was pretty excited to be able to customize my own invoice templates. Unfortunately, I found editing the Word .docx files to be a nightmare and I knew that if it was a nightmare for me it must be impossible for my clients. So I thought I start to publish some xero invoice template packs. They’re not expensive, check them out at http://xerothemes.com.au/
All you need to do is open them up in Word, replace the “Your Business Name Here” text with your business name or you can insert your logo. Of course, you can also update the colours.
Included in the download package are Invoice, Purchase Order, Statement and Credit Note templates.
Keep in mind there are only a limited number of supported fonts that can be used in Xero templates. This template uses the “Franklin Gothic Medium” font face, for the full list of supported fonts you can go to the Xero documentation.
If you have any questions or would like to enquire about getting a custom designed template please feel free to contact Sixes and Sevens.
